iOS Users
You must be on iOS 14 or later to be able to redeem offer codes on the App Store. If you are on iOS 14 and later, you can redeem an offer from Sortifyd in one of two ways:
- The easiest way is to tap on the redeem-offer button or link that you may have received in an email. This link already has the offer code embedded in it and will directly navigate you to the App Store to complete the redemption process. You will be shown details of the offer before confirming the redemption of the code.
- You can also manually redeem the code directly within the Sortifyd app, or through the App Store app.

- Within the Sortifyd app
- Navigate to the Account screen by tapping
on the tab bar at the bottom of the home screen.
- Tap Redeem code on the Account screen.
- Enter (or paste) your offer code and then tap the Return key on the bottom-right corner of the keypad, not the Done button on the top-right.
- If the code is valid, you will be navigated to the App Store to complete the redemption. process. You will be shown details of the offer before confirming the redemption of the code.
- Navigate to the Account screen by tapping
- Through the App Store app
- On your phone, open the App Store app.
- Tap the Apps icon at the bottom.
- Scroll to the very bottom and tap the Redeem button.
- Tap Enter Code Manually.
- Enter (or paste) your offer code and then tap the Return key on the bottom-right corner of the keypad, not the Done button on the top-right.
- If the code is valid, you will be navigated to the App Store to complete the redemption process. You will be shown details of the offer before confirming the redemption of the code.
- Within the Sortifyd app

Note:
- To confirm that the code has been redeemed correctly, from the Account screen, navigate to the Subscription plan screen. The button of the plan you've been upgraded to should now be selected (changed to blue).
- If for some reason, the upgrade is not reflecting correctly even after your code has been redeemed, please tap Restore purchase on the Account screen and check your Subscription plan screen once again.
- The offer code you receive is a unique, one-time-use code that has an expiration date associated with it. You will not be able to redeem the offer if has been already been redeemed, or if it has expired.
- If you attempt to redeem your offer but do not have the Sortifyd app installed, you will first be prompted to download the app during the redemption process.
Android Users
Android users can redeem their code as follows:
- In the Sortifyd app, navigate to the Account screen by tapping
on the tab bar at the bottom of the home screen.
- From the Account screen, navigate to the Subscription plan screen.
- Tap on the button for the plan for which you have received the offer code.
- At the Google Play purchase screen, next to the form of payment select Redeem code.
- Enter (or paste) your offer code.
- Confirm your purchase/upgrade through the screens that follow.
- The button of the plan you've purchased or upgraded to will change to blue indicating you have been upgraded.
