However, if you would still like to go ahead and delete your account, please email us with your request and we will promptly do the needful. We will of course be sorry to see you leave!
If you have decided to delete your account, it will also be very helpful for us to understand your reasons for not wanting to use Sortifyd. Whether there were any specific features or functionality that you found missing or anything else. This will help us improve our experience for others, and also for you if you choose to sign up again at a later time.
Note:
- You must be the Primary Account Holder to request the deletion of your account.
- For security reasons, please email us from your registered email address so that we can confirm that you are a registered user making the request.
- If you have an active auto-renewing subscription to a paid plan on Sortifyd, you will have to cancel the subscription directly from the App Store or Google Play Store before the next billing cycle so you don't continue to get billed for it.
