This support guide is accessible from the menu on the homepage of our website. If you're a current user of Sortifyd, you can also access this guide directly through your mobile app, iOS or Android. You can do this directly by tapping on Syd , Sortifyd's friendly mascot, on the top-left of the home screen, and choosing the I need some help on a topic option, or as follows:
