Please feel free to report bugs or other issues, share ideas for improvement, or give praise where you think we've done something well.
If you're a current user of Sortifyd, you can share your feedback directly through your mobile app, iOS or Android. You can do this directly by tapping on Syd , Sortifyd's friendly mascot, on the top-left of the home screen, and choosing the I want to share some feedback option, or as follows:
- Navigate to the Account screen by tapping
on the tab bar at the bottom of the home screen.
- Tap Feedback in the About section of the Account screen and complete the short feedback survey there.
You can also share your feedback directly by email, if your prefer. If you're a current user of Sortifyd, please email us from your registered email address so we can reference your account to be able to most effectively process your feedback and get back to you.
