Sortifyd has nine boxes or categories to which you can add your records. Pre-defined folders in each of these nine boxes help you thoughtfully organize your documents, account information, passwords, notes, and pictures related to that category. (See: Adding records)
To accommodate records that don't quite fit into these predefined categories, we offer two versatile folder types within each of the nine boxes:
- Services/Other accounts
- Other attachments
Feel free to utilize these general folders whenever you're unsure where to place a particular record. They provide the flexibility needed to ensure all your information finds a home in Sortifyd.
Moreover, don’t worry about navigating through these diverse storage spots when you need to find something. With Sortifyd's robust search functionality, retrieving any record is swift and straightforward, no matter where it’s stored.
