It may take up to a minute to receive the email containing the authentication code. If you still haven't received it, please do the following:
- Check the Spam or Junk folders in your email application. Oftentimes email applications will redirect emails from unknown senders to users' spam or junk folders instead of the inbox.
- Search all your email folders for an email from support@sortifyd.com.
- Tap Resend on the app to have the system send you another code. It is a time-based code Please enter it immediately to proceed. If the code expires, you can request another one. If you request the code more than once, only the most recent code will work.
